About the game itself

Lunacid first person Dungeon crawler heavily based in FromSoftware older games such as The king´s field series and shadow tower.

This game can be easily differentiated from the its inspirations because Lunacid has a really strong "vibe and aesthethic" unique to it, and the combat, movement and controls are less clunky than its predecessor.

This game was first released in March 15 2022 as an early access game, and was then released as a full game on October 31 2023

If you are wondering for some reason if the game has had any controversy over the years, it has, but for a good reason, When you create your character the games asks your pronouns, which made a lot of bigots and transphobes mad. The funniest part about it is that this is the ONLY time your character's pronouns are ever used because npc's in the game never refer to you with those pronouns.
Kira (the developer) when they addressed those complaints they said "In a fantasy world you should be able to be whatever you want.", i really like that phrase.

How much i love it

FRICK this game is good.
I still remember when i first looked at this game, it was summer of 2022 and i was looking for cool games in steam and came across Lunacid, i was like "what is this game it looks so sick", so of course i had to add it to my wishlist, But the real story was when i actually bought it in april 2023, after that i fell in love with this game. So much that i annoyed every single one of my friends until they played it, Funfact, they didnt buy it, i had to gift it to them.

What kept me so addicted to this game is the exploration, im a really big fan of games about exploring the unknown, i love every level to explore in this game, the beautiful vibes this game has only made the experience even better

The hardest moment in my life was when i actually completed the game and had to wait for the final update, i was making crazy theories about how the new levels were going to be entered from, One of the things i wanted the most was something new for the Sanguine sea which sadly didnt get anything.
To be sincere none of my theories were right like a new location accessed from the sewers in the fetid mire, But still i loved the final update.
